Recently, in assemblies our children have been thinking about harvest time and about the food that we have on our plates.
As part of this, we are joining the Luton Foodbank Harvest Challenge for schools.
If you are able to donate one food item on Wednesday 4th October or Thursday 5th October we will donate these to Luton Foodbank.
We are asking for food in a tin or a packet with a long sell-by date, particularly the following items:
- Rice pudding
- Tinned tomatoes
- Long-life milk
- Custard
- Tinned spaghetti
- Dried rice
- Tinned fruit
- Baked beans
- Biscuits
There will be crates outside the front of the school on Wednesday and Thursday this week for collection.
