Our traditional end-of-term Non-Uniform day will take a slightly different form this term.
On Friday 19 December, we will be having a BREAK THE RULES day. This is the idea of our Charity Committee and we hope it will be a fun way to celebrate the end of term as well as raise funds for our chosen charities as well as our school activities fund – 50% each from the total raised.
Children can choose to break up to four of the rules from the list below. Each rule they choose to break will require a 50p donation.
Break 1 rule, the cost will be 50p
Break 2 rules, the cost will be £1.00
Break 3 rules, the cost will be £1.50
Break 4 rules, the cost will be £2.00
There are six rules that can be broken – children can choose up to four of these:
Not wear uniform – Swap your school uniform for bright, fun, or themed clothes.
Crazy Hair – Colours, spikes, plaits, glitter. Go wild!
Wear Your Hat Indoors – The sillier, the better!
Wear Your School Jumper Backwards or Inside Out
Bring an Unhealthy Snack Treat – e.g., sweets or crisps (but still no nuts – that’s a safety rule no one is allowed to break.)
Temporary Tattoos or Make-up – Fun, safe designs only.
Please bring in your Break the Rules Day donations (up to £2) on the morning of Friday 19th December.
How will you ‘break the rules’ on the last day of term?
