We wish to share some important dates for your diaries over the coming weeks, as we continue
to work together to support your child’s learning and development.
Hopefully, you are already aware of our upcoming Parent Consultation evenings, where you will
have the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with their class teacher. These are valuable
occasions for us to celebrate achievements and work together on next steps.
For most classes:
● Tuesday 20th October, 3:40–6:30pm
● Wednesday 21st October, 3:40–6:30pm
Please note: If your child is in Badger Class, Rabbit Class or Puffin Class, your consultation
appointments will be:
● Tuesday 20th October, 3:40–6:30pm
● Monday 2nd November, 3:40–6:30pm
The day before half term (Thursday 22 October) will be a non-uniform day for all children. We are asking for a £1 donation per child, please, with all money collected going directly into our school fund. These funds are used to enhance activities and experiences for all our children, and we are grateful for your support. Donations should be given to class teachers on Thursday 22nd October, please.
School will finish at the normal time on Thursday 22nd October.
School will be closed on Friday 23rd October as our staff will be attending essential training. No
children should attend school on this day.
The week of Monday 26th to Friday 30th October is our half term break when the school will be closed to all pupils.
Children return to school on Monday 2nd November, ready for the second half of the autumn term.
Don’t forget that our school photographers will be with us on Wednesday 4th November to take individual photos of all pupils and sibling groups for those who wish to have these.
