Next week is Year 6 SAT testing week for all Year 6 pupils across the country.
The children are well prepared and are looking forward to doing their best. They have created positive mantras, completed some fun revision games and are mostly looking forward to getting the tests done. There are of course some pupils who are feeling a little nervous. This is completely normal. We have reassured these pupils and we are sure that you are doing the same at home.
Following government guidance, we have to make sure all pupils sit the tests. Therefore all pupils must be in school everyday unless seriously ill. We will contact you if your child has not arrived by 8.45am.
Breakfast club for Y6 will open at 8am from the front entrance of the school. We look forward to greeting the pupils and getting them settled into school with a nice breakfast.
Thank you all for your ongoing support. We continue to be blown away by the children’s positive learning attitudes, hard work and determination.
