St Matthew’s pupils were invited to show off their mathematic skills at the 2015 National Young Mathematicians Awards. The competition was a fun-filled maths challenge designed to test the very best of Luton’s Year 6 pupils.
The completion consists of three rounds. The first round took place at Explore Learning, with St Matthew’s battling it out against other top schools, hoping to win a place at the Grand Final at Cambridge University on 8th December.
Fabian, Maathishvan, Vaiduri and Teo showed great team work and effective mathematical thinking and made it through to the second round.
